Web Site Design
We're currently maintaining the web site for the Frog Leg Inn in Erie, Michigan. However, the site was developed by someone else with a design targetting 14" computer monitors. The site will be rebuilt from scratch, using the technologies the Michigan Cuisine site you're currently reading was built upon.

Food-Related Videography
On April 29, 2007, we taped footage for a half-hour documentary of Taste of the Nation: Toledo 2007, which has been edited, narration added, and the completed project released to the participating Chefs as a DVD. We included the following video of Chef Tad of the Frog Leg Inn as the beginning of the documentary itself in an undersized window as an Introduction. In this video, shot in the dining room and kitchen of the Frog Leg Inn, Chef Tad talks about why he's been involved in the Taste of the Nation: Toledo benefits for the past few years:
